Omg. Do yourself a favour & use someone else. Staggering level of stupidity. Unnecessarily aggressive. Poor experience all round. Never again
Team Transport and Logistics has parked across my driveway to unload pallets of materials for project across the road. Completely unnecessary as other workers are parked outside our house and could move. Driver offensive when I objected. Just an old lady making a fuss.
Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service today, quick responses to emails , pick up and delivery within a few hours from Southside Brisbane to Caboolture, in the wet weather, in holiday period, special shout out to the truck driver for the skill to get a 7 meter truck into a tight driveway and very tricky turning situations on soft ground at times as well .. 5 Star rating all round
There was some confusion at the delivery however the team and especially Kelly-Mae were very helpful, efficient and professional.
