Working with Wes left me with lifestyle skills I am using even 13 years later. He taught me about macro nutrients, reading and understanding food labels. On nights I use the recipes that Wes gave me years ago the are now dubbed Wes dinners or Wes approach. I've also always enjoyed working out with his wife Jody. The two of them are a dynamic duo. Services okay in the beginning then got worse and worse until he never showed up and you could never get a hold of him. He still owes me $660.
