I’m extremely disappointed with the way this doctor’s office handles appointments and patient communication. Their attendance policy is unnecessarily rigid and completely lacks consideration for real-life circumstances. I was penalized without any prior warning or notice, which is both unprofessional and unfair—especially for a medical office that should understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen.
