I am disappointed with my experience at Team Rehabilitation. I came here twice for pelvic floor therapy (I am 28 weeks pregnant) and they told me to practice some exercises on my back. I asked the two therapists I saw if it was safe for me to lay on my back while pregnant a few times, and they said it was. I was on my back for no longer than 20 minutes at a time. Highly recommend Team Rehabilitation. If you' are experiencing pain or recovering from surgery this is the place you want to be to feel better and get stronger. I have never witnessed such hands on therapy. They offer massage, cupping, dry needling and more. This group of therapists are the finest and most involved and i am feeling way better. A cut above the rest, try them.
