First visit was very helpful, professional and informative. Came away with written instructions as well as an app that reminds me to exercise daily.

The clinic is absolutely gorgeous and feels so good with all the windows and light. The office staff/support staff are so friendly and nice. My therapist is Mary, and she spends the time explaining how the body, tendons, muscles, nerves all function together. I am so impressed and Mary's home exercises really help so much. On my first visit I felt releif. The pressure points/massages she has done have broken up 1 1/2 years of a terribly tight periformus muscle.
