Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and I reached my goal faster than I thought. I was very happy with the whole experience.

First visit, post operative, was very helpful, professional and informative. Mary provided written instructions as well as good verbal instructions. An app that reminds me to exercise daily is extremely helpful.

I am disappointed with my experience at Team Rehabilitation. I came here twice for pelvic floor therapy (I am 28 weeks pregnant) and they told me to practice some exercises on my back. I asked the two therapists I saw if it was safe for me to lay on my back while pregnant a few times, and they said it was. I was on my back for no longer than 20 minutes at a time.
