Horrible customer service and answering questions. How you treat people go a long way and will impact your business especially when it comes to payments and lies. Good thing the front desk girl Grace was recorded by accident on my answering machine when we had our first call. I will take you to court for lying about payments, copayments and insurance! Editing my review… My wife received bills in the mail after being informed beforehand that it was just a small copay. Additionally, I discovered that the team rehab facility has been involved in lawsuits with fraud insurance companies. So basically you are still doing what you can to make money lying to people. Excellent staff.. Nick was great with helping my wife.
