My partner and I were very excited to visit Team Rees Gym today as we had heard about it, lived close and were hoping to join. We called up and asked if we could come and have a look around and the person on the phone said we could pop over anytime. Joined the gym for bootcamp, ended up doing a second bootcamp because I enjoyed the first so much. Now training in the gym outside of bootcamp, everyone makes you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is great. The staff are all knowledgeable and willing to guide and help. Highly recommend
If you’re looking to start or restart your gym experience you’ve definitely found the place! The guys at Team Rees Gym will make you feel at ease! Having recently completed two boot camps back to back they have a team bonding/ group experience feel to them and are really motivating. Richard and the team will not only show you what to do but provide you with the information to make changes to your lifestyle, benefiting your health and well-being. I would recommend Team Rees Gym to anyone in Caerphilly or the surrounding area.
I've been to a few gyms over the years, but I can honestly say that this is the best gym I've ever been a member of. John and the team are really welcoming. There is always equipment available and the equipment is top quality. Having moved over to the Caerphilly area, I'm so pleased to have found this place.
