Norah is always great to work with, knowledgeable and very pleasant! Made the process even smoother.
I just went through some banking transactions at Team One Credit Union. I just would like to recognize Julie Watson and Norah Harding who made this process go so smoothly. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and fun to work with. Thank you so much ladies you are appreciated
5 stars for Rebecca Garth who I believe works at the main branch in Saginaw answered my call and assisted me in troubleshooting a problem with my debit card yesterday over the phone. She quickly figured out the problem and solved the issue instantly. Not only was she helpful and professional, she was so pleasant and personable. By far one of the best customer service agents I've ever experienced. Team One is lucky to have her.
Amanda was absolutely amazing. She helped answer all of my questions, crunched numbers with me, and explained everything when it confused the hell out of me. She made the whole process painless and smooth, highly recommend!
Amanda Stone is a great person to work with always helpful and knowledgeable
