Horrible horrible business do not keep money in your account if you're forced to use this place for any reason whether you get sick or anything and your account falls dormant they will drain your account for a dormant fee and close you out
Excellent service. Patti Baker assisted me for everything I needed. She answered all of my questions. If I need anything from Team One credit union I will be dealing with Patti for help.
Team One is my favorite place to do my banking business. They are knowledgeable friendly and always help me out be it something challenging or simple. Andrea, Nora and the other tellers do a great job!
Horrible communication!!! They wouldn't reopen my account for my taxes to come in!! I felt unheard and they made me feel stupid!! Worse bank ever!!! Horrible stuck up people!!
