Team One is my favorite place to do my banking business. They are knowledgeable friendly and always help me out be it something challenging or simple. Andrea, Nora and the other tellers do a great job!
Horrible communication!!! They wouldn't reopen my account for my taxes to come in!! I felt unheard and they made me feel stupid!! Worse bank ever!!! Horrible stuck up people!!
The teller, Ava at the Sandusky branch, was a great help to me. My mother recently passed away and she helped me navigate my way through closing out her accounts and disbursing funds to beneficiaries. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Team One and Ava.
