I have been banking with Team One for many years. I have never had any problems. I love this bank and everyone in it. They are all so friendly and kind. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Rhonda Beckrow! She has gone above and beyond for me with the process of purchasing another vehicle after the first one she helped me with was totaled in an accident. The process was so easy and smooth. Today my wife and I went to the Caro branch and applied for a new credit card. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Shoutout to Jaclyn for taking the time to answer all our questions and being very thorough.

Ever since they put in the new outdoor atms. People won’t use the drive through ans they don’t get the personal experience. Therefore the lobby is always full of people and to make matters worse they only staff 2-3 employees. So every time you go in expect to wait 15-20 minutes in line or longer. Looks like today Friday will be more like 30 min wait.
Jaclynn was extremely helpful in not only getting my loan situation taken care of she spoke with me about personal finances and how to improve even more than what I’m currently doing and explaining how banks view credit so I can make even better decisions.
