Today my wife and I went to the Caro branch and applied for a new credit card. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Shoutout to Jaclyn for taking the time to answer all our questions and being very thorough.

Ever since they put in the new outdoor atms. People won’t use the drive through ans they don’t get the personal experience. Therefore the lobby is always full of people and to make matters worse they only staff 2-3 employees. So every time you go in expect to wait 15-20 minutes in line or longer. Looks like today Friday will be more like 30 min wait.
Jaclynn was extremely helpful in not only getting my loan situation taken care of she spoke with me about personal finances and how to improve even more than what I’m currently doing and explaining how banks view credit so I can make even better decisions.
Team one credit union is a great banking system. The staff is so friendly and always ready to help.
