The worker was super nice to us. She didn’t just talk money, she taught me multiple new things that were really cool. Very nice and comforting to us, when opening an account for the first time.

I’ve never dealt with a bank as unprofessional as this one. They withheld my money without proper explanation, gave me zero clear communication, and then shut my account down out of nowhere. Their lack of transparency caused major stress and forced me to have to terminate the account completely and start over with a new bank. Customer service was absolutely terrible—no one seemed to know what was going on or cared enough to help. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
