I’ve never dealt with a bank as unprofessional as this one. They withheld my money without proper explanation, gave me zero clear communication, and then shut my account down out of nowhere. Their lack of transparency caused major stress and forced me to have to terminate the account completely and start over with a new bank. Professional, efficient and accommodating
I had a small issue that I needed assistance with. I walked in and Mike Tyler greeted me with a smile and a hello, how can we help you today? Every time I need to actually go inside, the staff has been so generous and kind. I can't say how great that feels where customer service is no longer a great appeal to the world anymore.
