We have had a positive experience with each event we have signed up for with My Little OMies! The girls that teach the class are WONDERFUL and my son and daughter (6 and 8) love going:)
My Little OMies has been a great experience for my 7 and 5 year old. Each retreat or workshop is kid focused - not only do my two learn yoga together during these sessions, they also learn how to stay healthy, love the earth and have fun while doing it! I am blown away by Debbie and her team - she is always smiling, caring and teaching my girls to be their best. My Little OMies is the hands down best program my kids have been involved in so far!
A place where kids can go and learn how to handle everyday life thru meditation, yoga, nature activities, and to respect and love each other and last but not least to have FUN❤️
In most towns you can find yoga studies and retreats for adults, but little do we see a sanctuary with the dedication to our children. My Little Omies is a fantastic resource for kids to unite, learn about yoga, health and the world at their feet. It is an escape and release for kids who may not know or understand the feelings and changes in their little bodies and it is guided by wonderful humans who were gifted with the ability to see with love and gift their love to these kids.
