I paid 45.oo for an overpriced shirt at FHSAA State XC championships in November. I have never got my shirt and have gotten ZERO responses from this company despite multiple attempts. WHY IS FHSSA still even using this vendor? They should be out as an official vendor. I will be pursuing this. If you have a bad experience with this company, I would encourage you reach out to event planners and ask them NOT to use this vendor.

Terrible customer service. Called twice about a sweatshirt bought at the ISHAA swim and Dive event. Asked to send in receipt twice and the still can’t find my order. Person who answered the phone doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Keeps saying this is her first day on the job. Finally just contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a cheer patch in November at a comp and received a football patch. Called multiple times and emailed. Emailed Gary Dean several times w/ NO RESPONSE AT ALL!! They have their money so obv they don’t care about the buyer and it shows!! Terrible way of doing business!

I agree with the Customer Service Part- We ordered my (Senior) daughters State Track Meet wind-jacket the latter part of April 2021. In June I called to get the status of the jacket and was told that "those jackets" have not shipped out yet and that I would have to call back in August. I called back in August to find out that the order had never been placed. They were unable to locate the order. Worst customer service ever we ordered our son state hoodie in March and still hasn't come in they said they emailed us about delay and we never received an email saying it was on back order and now they are saying even when it comes in its gonna b another 90 days cuz ots needs go to embroidery and they haven't offered discount or anything bridgett mathews is worst customer service ever she doesn't get back to u right away If u see this company at high school events avoid them at all cost

Horrible customer service! We were told we’d receive my daughter’s shirt in a week as it was sold out at the tent at the Florida State High School Finals. It’s now been 2 months. Nobody answers a phone at this company. Email responses are far too slow. Pretty much nothing has gone right!

i had to call after 30 days to find out where my order is and it still wont be shipped till tuesday ??? website said christmas delivery they must of ment next christmas. no word at all from company that product was even still coming or i was ripped off. very bad customer service !!!!!!!!! dont order from
