One of the many things we love about working with their team is they are very upfront and honest they tell each client exactly what to expect and not what they want to hear. Roland, Mike and Jan from point of contact to processor helped me get into our new home I would recommend every veteran to use him over Veterans United they plain and simple said no because I am self-employed even though we pay our selves with a W2 that to them it doesn't matter and with my complication I have created by me Roland and Jan made it happen because they understood my situation thank you team.

Long story short, my family and I had an EXTREMELY difficult time getting approved for a mortgage because frankly short-sighted lenders just couldn't get past the fact that I earn my income on a project-by-project basis (and this was the case despite the fact that I have a credit score over 750, had enough for at least a 20 percent down payment and have been consistently paying the bills for YEARS doing the kind of work I do...just the way it is post-mortgage crisis). Roland helped my client get a loan after my client ran into some issues with a previous lender. Roland was easy to work with, very quick response time with emails, text & phone calls. His team was great and worked hard to get my client closed and in their new home. Definitely recommend him.
