Open times for pickup are highly unsuitable
I was asked to pick up a parcel for a friend in hospital, all I had was the card left in the letterbox. What an absolute waste of time. The card had a ref number and a con note number, the phone number was not very prominent. You type in either number on the card and all you get is "in transit", all I wanted was to find out where to pick it up as no address is printed anywhere on the card and if it's on the website neither of us couldn't find it.
