Useless company. They lost my package, and don't reply to messages. There is no number to call.
Just very poor service I bought Geogemie products online and team global we’re supposed to deliver Upon not available they left a slip on the door and it’s been more than days asking them and requesting them where to pick the parcel from. How ever their contact in an auto system which so helpless. And once got an update parcel is ready for pickup from a given location, I made my way in Uber for collection and was advised that parcel haven’t reach their store yet, how frustrating can that be. Zero communication. Useless chatbot and no answers from the human customer 'service' operators. Tracking completely blank, map showing destination as the middle of WA. Not a single SMS, email notification, and no way of knowing if and when delivery will be made. Do not use if you can avoid it.
Absolutely pathetic delivery company!!!! Items that are listed as "out for delivery" are constantly delayed with zero notification and zero updates. The only way to contact them is via a useless online chat. Expectation from GBE is to take time off work between 9am-5pm everyday it's expected to be delivered; with a day already taken off, I can't afford to take another day off... It's a joke! Where is my flat screen TV???? Morons!!!
