This company is appalling. I've been at this rural address for 5 years, always had my parcels delivered by Aust Post. Suddenly these useless mob have somehow got my parcel, and every day there a different lies, excuse, story about why they can't deliver it. And don't try ringing because they answer, play a message then hang up. Website just goes around in circles and they keep your goods. Totally pissed off and will be telling those i order from not to use them.

Team global express delivery person threw my parcel over the fence into my yard, a mile away from my front steps/door. It was in the shade as well. I was 10 minutes away when it was delivered, and I couldn't find it when I got home. It wasn't until later in the day that I saw it in a corner of the yard under a bush. What the hell?? That's just pure laziness!

Said my parcel was delivered two days ago however after checking my cameras no one even delivered it to my house, have no idea where my parcel has ended up.

Communication with this company could be better. Did place an order with another company waited my 20 days for delivery then to be told my product would be delayed if they just communicated that they were out of the product and would have been great. Did turn up another 7 days later but like I said if they had just communicated would have been really great
