Trying to get in contact with TGE in regards to a parcel however their email support doesn't seem to exist. Tried calling their Mackay number and you get put on straight to hold music... After half an hour of waiting I gave up.
I love their service
Just received a review request from the company I ordered my goods from. I will be certainly letting them know that Team GE are not he sort of company they should be using. I have been home all day, front door open, but received a message saying they couldn't deliver because they couldn't leave my parcel unattended. The delivery vehicle hasn't even been in my syreet as have been working in the front garden most of the afternoon and I would hve seen it. Easy pick up, speedy service.
Poor lazy drivers. If these guys are contracting for auspost just so you know your parcel will get delivered to the wrong house. They weren’t even in the same street as my house.
