This company is an absolute joke. No point putting special instructions it lands on incompetent ears. Sitting in stores for weeks after expected delivery can’t get hold of anyone
I’ve had two extremely disappointing experiences with this company in under two weeks. The first issue got resolved, but now a second parcel was left undelivered. I waited at home all day, yet the driver made no attempt to call, message, or knock. just left a “sorry we missed you” card. I don’t know if it’s policy or driver negligence, but it’s unacceptable. I lost work time waiting, and I expect far better service. I hope they address this, but for now, I cannot recommend them.
They don’t even try to deliver your package, they give up and send it to the depot 10 km away.
Worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. My item has sat in the depot for 3 weeks. Their idea of attempted delivery must be a driveby. Has an authority to leave without a signature but they haven't left it. Don't answer messages through a website that doesn't work. I just want my item.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered today but then I got an attempted delivery email (I had been home all day) at 6:30pm ??? (who delivers at 6:30pm which is ridiculous). They must be cheaper than Aus Post as Temu and others now use them. They advised I could pick it up but that's extremely inconvenient. There website is now under maintenance so I can't even see where my package is being held.
