This has been a very disappointing experience. I paid for express and I was told a delivery was attempted, but no note was left and there was no indication anyone came. I even asked to be informed where I could pick up the parcel or to be notified as soon as possible, as I need my order urgently. I was told I would receive an email, but it has now been 6 days and I have received nothing. Still waiting my parcel!! I feel frustrated and disrespected by the lack of accurate communication and service.
Worst Delivery Company Couriers I’ve ever had to deals with! Two packages this week, not delivered to the correct address, but photo’s showing that they had not been delivered or delivered to an incorrect address! On two seperate occasions this week. This company is an absolute joke. No point putting special instructions it lands on incompetent ears. Sitting in stores for weeks after expected delivery can’t get hold of anyone
