I have waited at home for the last 4 days straight as the tracking is reset to out for delivery the last 4 days straight and I call them and they tell me yes sir it's onboard as tracking says and it will be delivered today and I've heard the same thing for the last 4 days straight putting my life on hold to sign for the parcel and they are just playing with my life as if I have nothing better to do than sit at home 4 days in a row . Extremely unpunctual and terrible customer service and business ethics.
Im still waiting my parcel arrived at their depot on 5 december its now the 26th and no one has got back to me. Merry xmas🫥
Service was delayed and had to wait an hour for staff to turn up before I could pick up my parcel.
