Took the morning off work to be home for delivery of a parcel today 12/09/25. It was a sign for parcel so I expected driver to bring it to the door. I can't see our mailbox so I have a security camera on it. As I was watching the monitor the driver didn't even attempt to bring it to the door. I went outside to catch up before they left but they had already left. So I called immediately the Albury depot and they tell me that they will deliver it Monday and make a note to come to the door. Great service. The staff couldn't be more helpful.
Just wanted to say thank you to Angela at the Albury depot for helping me track down my package which had been transferred to a third party. She was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help me and contact the third party. Warm and friendly which was a breath of fresh air after a stressful morning.
Worst service of any courier company I have dealt with. If I had to deal with this company on a regular basis I believe I would take up drinking.
