My parcel was marked as “unable to deliver,” despite the fact that we were home and the address is fully accessible. This resulted in avoidable inconvenience and suggests no proper delivery attempt was made. I hope Team Global Express Emerald reviews its procedures to ensure accurate and reliable service going forward.

I'm updating my review due to speaking with someone over the phone this morning and been advised items will be dropped today, if this occurs I'll be happy to change to 5 stars. thank you for quick response, if this doesn't happen i will be in contact with you Brad thank you again.

Booked freight for a customer, emailed the labels , six days later called and was informed it had not moved due to no labels, was told oh! That label. We will be avoiding Toll , second major freight stuff up,

Toll doesn’t deliver in Emerald, even though they are suppose to. My parcel had been sitting at depo for 1 month and I was not even notified. They obviously need to employ more staff or have better management.

They also known as Toll. They do not deliver in Emerald. You have to pick your items from the depot. I had paid for priority delvery and waiting for delivery but after 4 days being held at the depot, no one called me that the parcel had arrived. I had drive there and pick it up. At the same time I picked up another parcel that was declared lost and was sitting at the depot for 1 month.
