I am sooo sick of Toll having my parcel damaged and even sliced open when they deliver them. Take a bit more pride please these are items we as customers pay for freight and then have them damaged. This has happened continuosly with certain items for the last 4 months.

I am writing this after a month of frustration with a package that traveled from China to Emerald in a few days, only to be held hostage locally for weeks. And I'm still waiting. Despite paying for delivery to Sapphire, I received repeated texts claiming "partial delivery" when nothing had arrived. Multiple packages of mine marked as delivered but were never actually delivered, ive potentially lost $1000s of dollars because of this company

Absolute trash service do not use! Told 3 different times and assured my package would be delivered today and to wait untill 6 all for then to be told at 5 that after 3 it would not be delivered absolutely ridiculous

My parcel was marked as “unable to deliver,” despite the fact that we were home and the address is fully accessible. This resulted in avoidable inconvenience and suggests no proper delivery attempt was made. I hope Team Global Express Emerald reviews its procedures to ensure accurate and reliable service going forward.
