The delivery driver ran over a letter box in Killeen Close on 31.7.26 and damaged lawns and bitumen road opposite in the process. A complaint was made on line with no response. This Company doesn't take responsibility for damage in delivering, who knows how they achieve safe delivery. No stars would be our preferred rating.
Expect to have to go get it from the depot yourself at least a day later than you paid to have it delivered to your house.
Waited all day, repeat coming, 1 hour away. 4.43pm get told not at home and couldn't leave card. Just sitting there watching and waiting. They never even attempted to deliver. I even told them where they could leave it. I ring and told to get a refund and have a good day. Never been treated like this before. Question company Noomi bean bags for using them. What now?
So far my package (mattress) is over 2 weeks late and still no end in sight. Ordered on 24/12 to be delivered within 7 days. Its now 13/1. Has been sitting at the local depot for 2 weeks. Delivery date has been extended multiple times while sitting at a depot a few kms from my address. Upon calling the support line on 8/1 I was told to allow a further 5 business days.
