The worst, most inefficient company to deal with. Because we live on acreage, without properly checking, the delivery person assumed no one was at home, leaving missed delivery slips on three separate occasions for three separate deliveries. Then the arduous process of securing the item, taking longer than the item took to arrive from interstate or overseas, begins. Going online to track a delivery is frustrating and leads no where. Avoid this company.... they give the wrong information, updates are not accurate and aren't informative. Completely disorganised , don't communicate between employees or departments.
Worst company ever!! Customer service is rubbish.. can’t tell me where my parcel has gone, can’t talk to a person .. just get bounced around answering same questions over n over and no resolution… sooo very frustrating! I will never ever use again
It’s disappointing to see that parcels are being left on the main road rather than delivered to the home, with the location being marked as a ‘safe place’. This approach appears to prioritise convenience over proper service and raises serious concerns about security and reliability. It’s simply not the standard one would expect from a professional delivery company.
Drivers clearly do not have any respect for other peoples property and lack basic driving skills. Customer Service seemed to understand when contacted about out driveway being chewed up by the delivery vehicle but follow-up after supplying photographic evidence was ZERO. I really would have thought at least a written apology would show some respect!!!
