I was left a card saying "Sorry we missed you". I contacted Team Global and was told that they left the card because 'no one was available to sign for the delivery'. I told them that this was incorrect as I was working from home all day from my office which was right next to the front door. Additionally my adult son was also home all day. No signature was attempted. We do have 12 stairs they would have walked down to get to the front door. Perhaps they couldn't be bothered. They will not delivery my package to my house. They just took it to the "Delivery Hub" which is about 20 mins from my house, and closes very early so I can't pick it up after work or on the weekend. I was told that no attempt at delivery was made to my house and pickup is the only option. There is nothing they will do to complete the final 15km to my house despite being contracted to deliver the mail to my house. Very poor, do not use this company for delivery
