For the second time with mediation that is required the parcel is sent out for delivery with a ETA time but nothing. Was home during the hours stated and they also can leave at a pick up location. Will be back to Aus post after this never had one issue with a delivery
I will not purchase from online stores that use this carrier . I strongly suggest businesses reconsider partnering with them if they value their customers’ experience. Rude inmoral arrogant poor mentality people work there
Pathetic excuse for a delivery company. I paid extra for express postage on an item to be delivered quickly. Received notification saying its 'onboard' on a thusday, waited around all day and then received another notification that afternoon saying 'delivery attempted' when they never ever turned up. Then friday its 'onboard' again. 3 days later still waiting. After calling the customer service to ask where it is, all he could say was he will request redelivery which will be 1-2 more days. Absolute pathetic service.
Would be 0 stars if it was an option! Absolutely the worst delivery service ive ever encountered. Over a 7 day delay from the due date with no updates, and the customer service team is useless. Didnt listen to a word i said or answer the questions I avtually asked and hung up on me when I requested to speak to a manager. Never again.
