So far my package (mattress) is over 2 weeks late and still no end in sight. Ordered on 24/12 to be delivered within 7 days. Its now 13/1. Has been sitting at the local depot for 2 weeks. Delivery date has been extended multiple times while sitting at a depot a few kms from my address. Upon calling the support line on 8/1 I was told to allow a further 5 business days. The delivery driver played what felt like a game of “ding dong ditch” — rang the doorbell once and was already running back to the van before I even had a chance to walk down my internal staircase and answer the door. Instead of making a reasonable attempt to deliver the parcel, they immediately marked it as missed and refused to reattempt delivery. They don’t deliver!!! Depo is 9 minutes from delivery address and they have had the item sitting there for 3 days now and don’t deliver!!! Have been PAID to deliver and don’t there app is BS and says each day it will be delivered yet never does. Customer service is appalling takes 2 days for an “enquiry “ to be made to the depo to see why. Complaints to management go no no where!! delivery service customer service DO NOT USE would give less stars if I could !!! This has happened more then once!!
Left parcels in the rain - unprotected
Never deliver when they say they will. Constantly have to drive 40 mins to their depot to collect parcel. Waited all day today at home today with gate open and dogs kept inside when they said it was on board for delivery at 8am. Then get a “delivery cancelled” notification at 4:18pm after their office has closed. Reflects poorly on Temple and Webster who use them and is making me not want to buy from there again.
