Item was never delivered. I was waiting for my package from Officeworks and was sitting in our front room and they NEVER delivered or attended our address. I got an email saying "attempted delivery" but no card was left (surprise, surprise). I contacted them and they said my package had been returned to Officeworks. Officeworks have given me a refund but the item is now longer available. Possibly the worst couriers on the coast.
Tuesday 24 june at 4.50 pm . My Daughter a P plater with her younger sister was sitting on the limit 70 kph north bound down frizzo connection road towards the tourist rd . Some moron driver from this company flew down the hill sitting on her bumper doing at least 85kph . Then pulled out over a no taking over line into direct path of another vehicle . If they are the drivers representing them . The company is no good . Putting lives at risk . Lucky it wasn’t me he over took . Cant even contact this company by phone .
Absolutely dreadful experience with TGE. I was required to use this entity by a global company to return a product under a guarantee. I called the nominated number & on inquiry provided the account number & full name of the addressee, as listed in the return instructions. The TGE team member informed me she was unable to verify those details & couldn't assist with pick-up arrangements. This meant I was unable to arrange the product pick-up as required.
