Got multiple messages saying my item was out for delivery, then right at the delivery time I got a notification saying “unable to find address, please contact”. I called them and was told they couldn’t find the address over the phone. I asked if they had Google Maps, they said yes, so I said you should be able to find the address then. One word pathetic
I wanted to share a quick note about my recent experience with the TEAM GLOBAL EXPRESS parcel delivery in Trinity Beach. It’s been quite frustrating! Despite living in Trinity Beach and being close to the local news agency depot, my parcel was returned to the Portsmith depot instead. To make things more confusing, the delivery person claimed that nobody was home last Thursday, but I was actually waiting for my parcel all morning till very late afternoon and nobody came to knock the door. I missed the delivery 4 days ago and I contacted Team Global Express for a pick up delivery as the app is not telling me any useful pick up information I called the company and there was no closure to picking up my good except I need to wait 24 to 48 hrs for new delivery time I am not waiting around for that I want to collect like every other freight company I have dealt with.
No care for your items Forklift damage to box, Radiator removed and inspected by a office lady!! said to be ok.. Who is this office lady? Does she presure test and xray Team global express needs to try harder!!! This is why I dont send with them
