I was home all day...no one rang the doorbell. Apparently my parcel was left "somewhere safe". No clue where the photo was taken, but there was no sign of any parcel anywhere in my apartment complex. In fact, other than inside my apartment, there is nowhere safe... I would have rather collected it at the depot that lose it. Always friendly and helpful
The WORST. They are total liars. They said they were unable to deliver my package when I was waiting for them. They did not even try.
ordered an item from JB, wasnt in store so i clicked delivery, was told it would arrive on the 17th (i ordered express as i didnt want to have to wait 3 weeks) got a message telling me it would be delivered a day late, this morning i wake up and i get a message telling me item is ready to be picked up, youre lucky im not working today, because otherwise i would not be able to pick it up. did you guys even attempt to deliver? there was no delivery man at the door, no attempt to deliver, just a random message telling me to pic... read more
