So bad. Expect very lengthy delays and incompetance. Asked for a physical address on the Monday and was supplied. Then on Wenesday they tried to deliver to po box and took it back to depot. Then waz supposed to arrive Thursday and didnt. Friday no show and when called waz told it was at depot but no I couldn't pick it up. Now apparently have to wait till next week to hope it arrives. Was advised by text that they would deliver to my home at a specified time period. Got home well before the start time (over an hour and a half earlier) only to find a card already in my letterbox saying that I could pick it up from the depot. I contacted their help line and it was a total waste of time. Parcel was to be delivered Friday, I ended up being able to collect it from their depot on Tuesday. Then today I got another parcel through them that I wasn't expecting for a couple of days. Go figure...
Waiting for days for a parcel to come to Cairns from NSW and they said it could not be delivered cuz the item was damaged? Disappointed and frustrated. They are car engine mounts, how can they be damaged?
Hopeless. Dont even bother to get out of their vehicle before saying it was unable to be delivered and to collect from the depot. Well yeah bit hard to deliver a parcel when the driver doesnt leave the drivers seat. The depot is also not in a location of ease. Do not recommend using this company at all.
5 people at home and yet they still don’t leave the parcel , lazy drivers rather leave a card
