We literally sit at home and wait for packages, with the garage open, and the front door and EVERY SINGLE TIME this courier for the smithfield run says "attempted" and we have to go pick up the next day- the next day- we go in - in the morning 0830/0900HRS (Opening hours from 0700hrs) and our parcel is NOT there - we have waited over an hour for the courier for this run to drive in and drop off - even though it was ment to be available for collection from 4pm the previous day. They claim they ‘tried to deliver’ at 10.15 this morning. I was at home - no-one tried at all. Contacted them via their chat app. Was told they cannot redeliver, I have to go to Portsmith to collect it, when it gets back there. If I want a redelivery today, I have to first get a written authorisation from the sender! This is the third time this has happened with them in the last 12 months. Useless company. Do not use. 1 star because no stars wasn't an option! The driver that delivers to Malanda area offloads all parcels to the Newsagent at Malanda without ever attempting to deliver parcels individually. No notification to say it's there either so unless you're checking daily, it gets sent back or worse, gets lost in the never! Feedback goes to every company that uses them. I get parcels regularly delivered to our mailbox, not once from Global! Worst service ever
The worst delivery service. I was waiting at home for all day, they didn't rang me just messaged "Sorry you were not there. "
Had a parcel dropped at my place for someone 2 blocks away with a completely different address ??
