I will be avoiding any vendor that uses this delivery service going forward. In a nutshell, I never received the item (a tablet from JB Hi-Fi). I was home on the day the item was out for delivery all day, but never received it and there was no collection card left in my post box. I received no further notifications from GE, and the tracking number provided no updates or clues as to where it was, just showed the status as being "out for delivery" on the date I had waited at home. My parcel is still sitting at the depot since 24th August!! What is going on?? Have called them a bunch of times and only to be advised they are still “Investigating”. 👎👎 It’s been over a month!!

I'm only giving them 1⭐ because impossible to do less. These clowns couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Regularly miss samples despite us paying for "Priority" swrvice. Call centre are useless. No direct contact for depots or drivers. As useless os tits on a bull!
