A joke.. was sat in front of my unit when there was a deliver attempt.
It’s been 7 days since my parcels arrived in Cairns, and they are still not delivered. No updates, no communication. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
My parcel coming from Temu. Delivery guy didn’t leave any card in letter box and I got no email no text msg from team global express. Temu notified me that my parcel is awaiting collection at team global express collection point and Temu also mentioned that my location is inaccessible. I don’t live in jungle and my address is on main residential street and I have received 100s of parcels in past on my address. How come my location is inaccessible.. Very difficult to talk to real person. Robot hopeless. TG sent texts to pick up my parcel.. parcel NOT at hub I was sent to. Took 4 days for it to arrive.. No contact from TG & you cant talk to a person unless you have hours to waste going through Robots.‼️ The one Cust Service Human finally on phone WAS helpful & understanding.. I wont buy online if TEAM GLOBAL are the Delivery people.. Don’t have hours to waste & time to drive to hubs where parcels are NOT.. SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH ‼️
