Very disappointing service. I was at home the entire time, yet I received two messages claiming they had tried to deliver the package — but no one ever came. Now I have to pick it up from a location 20 minutes away from my house. Strongly not recommended.
I wish I could give them -10 stars. My parcel has been out for delivery twice and returned to the depot twice. I dropped in to getthe parcel and they said it's on for delivery and they are on their way to my location. Guess what, it's back at the depot. So frustrating!! And when you call all you get is an automated system that makes you more angry. Poor poor service.would never use by choice.
Was expecting a package by Thursday. Didn’t come, I talked to the chat bot and they said I could pick it up from the depot. I get to the depot to pick it up only to be told it’s already been taken to the other depot, and I can’t collect it until Monday.
Quick, easy, pleasant ladies to deal with
Have made an official complaint via email but I think my rating reflects others. Seems they are prone to mistakes, abrupt to deal with at Portsmith depot and I will avoid dealing with companies that use them.
