Received a message saying my parcel was delivered even though it wasn't. what is going on with this company? Dealt with them twice, had problems twice. Take responsibility for your incompetence. 18/12/2024 _ Another delivery was due today. It's been out for delivery all day. In other words, toll is claiming it is in a truck to be delivered sometime that day. Yet again, it never came. Just embarrassing!
