Gave me a delivery window of 10-12. Showed up just before 5pm. After I had stepped away from the door to call them to find out what was going on. Card did not have any details about picking it up, except a code to put into a tracker that just told that that I'd eventually be told what to do next. It also said that they usually update with details by 7pm. As it was a Friday, I had to wait until Monday morning to find out where to go to pickup my parcel. Most useless service ever all the excuses under the sun. First they can’t read and send my item to the wrong Town. Then phone me at 4pm on a Friday to pick up because there truck broke down, after I was told it would be delivered to my house. Must love Mackay service.
No consideration when shunting there trains.
