50÷ chance of parcel being delivered
I bought something from temu three times this month, all sent by this freight company, but none of them were delivered to my house. I have no idea where the item went. This is a big problem. It happened three times in one month. Do people really dare to let you be responsible for shipping the package? It's terrible.
Packages that were deemed lost or undeliverable actually were just sitting in their warehouse waiting for them to decide half a year later they wanted to deliver them and by that i mean contacct me to go to the warehouse to pick them up.
They never delivered my orders, left the packages on a warehouse for 1.5 months without telling me anything. If you buy something from Amazon, check if Toll is delivering it, if yes, just cancel it and ask for a refund.
