The lady at dispatch office who give the paperwork is so rude and racist . Please get rid off her. It happen fourth time in a row with me. I spoke to other drivers as well they all have same issue with that same lady. She’s working in evening shift.
Team global express only works if you get your parcel the first time they try to deliver. God forbids you are not home to accept your parcel. When this happens and even after hours on the phone to try retrieving the parcel from a collection point established by them, it takes an unreasonable amount of time to locate the item and get someone to take responsibility for their stuff up.
