Drivers are lazy don’t deliver to the store just drop off at loading dock and leave.
Worst service. I bought a gift for my grandson's birthday a week ago from BIGW. TGE was supposed to deliver to my home. I received an email that delivery will be on 24th of March. Whole day I waited, no one came. No text message. No note left in Post. No email. After waiting for a week when I called them today, they told that they attempted delivery on 24th and now to re-deliver , BIGW has to request again. I called BIGW, they said that re-attempt will take 3-5 days..... birthday is tomorrow. I can't go to attend 2 years old... read more
