Won't even show up when a pick-up is booked with 0 ways of getting this fixed online. Customer service will not contact you when requested and fighting with the answering machine bot to just talk to someone is nightmare. Why do I have to sit on hold for 40mins because you guys can't pick up on time and won't just come back the next day? Messenger pigeon would be more reliable at this point
