This is the worst Courier company I've ever delt with!! After constantly contacting them about having my parcel delivered to a more direct address(Im rural so asked them to deliver to my nearest business which is on the highway), they decided since THEY wouldn't deliver it and as I couldn't make it into Gladstone to pick it up, they sent it back to the sender, but marked that it had been delivered! Very unprofessional on all accounts!!
Absolutely ridiculous package has been sitting for currently 12 days at this depot this town isn't big enough or busy enough for this sort of trash service

Don't bother going through them. I saw the staff in the office about getting a parcel delivered to my area. I got the parcel sent then they stated they couldn't deliver to my area and to collect 40 mins away from me. Will not be using again.
