Had my parcel sitting in the depot for over a week called multiple times and said it's locked in a cage and they don't have access to it what kind of courier can't access its parcels, so unreliable and so unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Customer service is non existent. They claim they attempted delivery without providing any notice and then don't even list a collection location in tracking. Absolutely no idea where my order even is.
Over a week late, was at a facility half hour away, was then tacken to another facility that was on the way past my house and the other facility was over an hour away from me. No answers to my calls inquiring about my package and no replies to my emails. Still haven't received it.
