Very efficient counter staff, friendly and well-spoken
If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely atrocious service. No notification of parcel arriving had to go to website I made purchase from to see where parcel was. Tried ringing half a dozen times, no answer then had to drive half an hour to get to depot. 7 people waiting at counter, waiting for someone to come serve. Very Unfriendly staff. Just awful service all round.
Absolutely zero customer service, no updates for packages, packages never arrived, don't answer the phone leaving people on hold for hours until they hang up. If I could give 0 I would.
Service is absolutely atrocious. Package has been in depot for 13 days now. No notification to say when delivery expected. Original deliver date was 13 days ago. Rang them and they can’t even find it in the depot. It’s been two days. What sort of delivery business has no way of tracking where a parcel is stored in depot. Worst service ever will never use them.
