Friendly and helpful when dropping off a return.
These guys need to pull their finger out they’re bloody hopeless. Not the first time I’ve had problems with them. Car part that was sent as a priority parcel spent days just sitting at the final depot, had to go collect it myself because I couldn’t wait any longer. Didn’t pay the extra for priority just to get the same service as standard delivery. Can’t believe I’m even saying this but aramex are better than these clowns.
They will mock and insult you. Even the manager will ignore you and never resolve your issue.
Don’t ever choose this company. They are extremely rude and discriminate based on race.
someone was home, phone number was also not rung but card left saying 'no one home for delivery'. now have to drive 47kms to pick it up, zero effort on delivery....
