Wow what amazing customer service, it’s not even 9am and my parcel just arrived, it was on time, box was still in perfect condition and the delivery man had amazing customer service.
I asked for next day delivery, the next day comes, it's 10.30, they send me a text saying it's coming between 12:00 and 2:00, 12.20 rolls around and I check my phone "We tried delivery and no one was home at 11.30", cool, not only did they deliver before the expected date, they also didn't ring a doorbell or knock, I don't even know if they approached my house. Didn’t deliver my parcel because I wasn’t home then proceeded to not tell me anything about the location or info on the pickup. Their website is always bugged and it’s really hard to find information on management of the packages. If I could give this place a -5/5 stars I would
Friendly and helpful when dropping off a return.
These guys need to pull their finger out they’re bloody hopeless. Not the first time I’ve had problems with them. Car part that was sent as a priority parcel spent days just sitting at the final depot, had to go collect it myself because I couldn’t wait any longer. Didn’t pay the extra for priority just to get the same service as standard delivery. Can’t believe I’m even saying this but aramex are better than these clowns.
