Delivery always late compare to any other carrier. Very bad tracking infos and confusing . One person tho stand out from the crowd and made all her possible to find my parcel on time for my daughter bday, took time to actually call me and gave me option. Best customer service ever. Our business has been using Team Global Express since 03/05, however the overall experience has been disappointing across several areas. The account onboarding process was difficult, and although we were initially assigned an account manager, we then went approximately six months without an assigned account manager, which made resolving issues extremely difficult when problems arose. Their customer service team are wonderful, I can imagine they would field many angry calls but unfortunately aside from that, I have nothing positive to say. I've received multiple parcels form TGE and not a single one arrived on time, easily or with good tracking and communication. It's so difficult to follow them up as they have generic notes in their systems and it isn't kept up to date. If you are a business, consider a different company.
Amazing staff!! Go in person to speak with these lovely people and you'll get much further than the chatbots and phone people. Amazing!!
Terrible. “Attempted delivery” and then took my package to a pickup point. I was home all day and not once did they try and notify me it was here. They also could have left it in a safe place very easily. I suspect the courier was just lazy and skipped my apartment, claiming that they attempted it because they thought I would be at work. Definitely avoid this delivery service.
