Unreliable & Unhelpful Business did not attempt delivery. I spoke to 2 of their support staff, neither of which could explain why the driver was unable to deliver. I was advised I contact the sender to attempt 're'-delivery. Delivery address had ample parking, working intercom, as well as accessible mailroom.
Horrible horrible service! The drivers, the teams, customer service, even escalation support, horrible experience! I honestly don’t know how Team GE is still operating with such poor service and management. This isn’t a one-off incident—I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with them. No matter how big or small the parcel, the driver simply never arrives. They never rang my bell in spit of waiting for them. took me an hour trying to contact who delivered it..I had to go to a corner shop and spen another 45 mins collecting..I had no one to help me lift my parcel. i walk with a walker and the parcel dropped on road. i had to pick it up and get it into car..82yrs old. Know that does not bother you. BUT you service is DISGRACEFUL...I will not ver make an order anywhere if they are using you to deliver...That was all unnecessary as i was home and waiting.HOPEFULLY. Paid for express shipping for a parcel for my partner's birthday on 19/7, was collected on 20/7 and sat in the depot for 3 days, original delivery date was set for 21/7. Next update I got, the delivery was supposed to happen between 4 and 6pm on 23/7, at 7pm I get a notification it has been returned to the depot and the house was inaccessible.
