The parcel got delayed for no reason. It said 'attempted delivery’, but they didn't ring the unit, they didn't call me, and I stayed at home just because the tracking said it was going to be delivered (out for delivery) on that specific date. There was no reason for non-delivery. Worst service ever.
Delivery date was for 01/07 and none showed up. Took a day off work to wait for it which was annoying. Contacted them on 02/07 and they said it would be delivered that same day. no biggie. Gave them ATL since i wouldn't be at home but apparently they can't do that. Couldn't provide me with a decent solution and just hung up on me. But the delivery driver (to my benefit) left it at my place without obtaining my signature AFTER they kept reiterating they can't leave the delivery without someone signing for it. To the Management, Plz change your service to pick up only rather than the delivery so you can earn your 5 stars ratings. The automated tracking seems just "elephants' tusk (meaning just to show can't use to chew)" to buy time/ showing the team are on it, but not in reality. Otherwise, how come the staff even can't tell where the parcel was. All the staffs are trained as robot. They advised me the driver couldnt find the location so it turned into a Futile Delivery as they were lost and were asking for any landmarks for an address in S.A, i asked if they driver attempted to call the person on the contact list that was provided to them for them to tell me they drivers dont have phones, Uber Delivery Drivers can call out, but Team Global Express cant. A friken tech company is more effeciant at deliveries then TGE, Dont use them
