unfortunately all the reviews you read about the "attempted" deliveries are true. Had a package that was due to be delivered via express, was home the whole day and had cars outside on driveway which would suggest to anyone visiting that people are inside; but no knock on the door. Getting through to the customer service requires multiply tries as they have an automated system. When you do finally get through advised you must collect via their depot which is a 1 hour round trip from me. Definitely will be keeping an eye out ... read more
Would give zero stars if possible. I have now had multiple items delivered through TGE- always delayed- customer service is useless, couldn't apply authority to leave the parcel even though it wasn't even at the depot yet- they said it would have to be a failed delivery and returned to the depot before they could apply authority to leave- and if I haven’t been home in the past they've left it at a rural farm supply store well out of the way for me to collect from. Avoid them if you can.
They don’t deserve 1 star, horrible company stay away from them , made NO attempt to drop off my package, dropped straight to holding location
Very disappointed with Team Global Express My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the delivery was missed. I was then told it would be delivered today. Now today has also passed without delivery, and I’m being told it will be delivered tomorrow. This is extremely frustrating, especially because I urgently need my parcel.
