I'm currently experiencing terrible delivery services, I'm waiting on my package since last week, I called them by phone because apparently the delivery driver couldn't find my address, I called them to explain thoroughly, and still they giving me updates on my address, and my package is still at their depot since last week!
Horrible staff, they always mess up your package.
Horrible experience with Team Global Express recently. Yesterday I was given a 12-2pm delivery timeframe but apparently the driver came around 5:50pm and no one was home. The local news agency was closing at 6pm so it was too late to drop it there. I later found out the package was sent back to Botany without option of redelivery, so I will have to spend over an hour to pick up myself.
