Absolutely terrible company. Threw my package over a wall and left it in a corner surrounded by rubbish, damaging it in the process, despite clear instructions including a gate code.
They should drop the express at the end of their name as there is zero express at all! 23 days from Adelaide to Perth and still no sign of my parcel
I had a terrible experience, the package was re delivered, but didn't arrive on the re delivery day. The costumer service representative was rude and couldn't tell me what is going on. Just kept on repeating what I already knew. Ended the conversation rudley when I asked to speak to someone above her, someone that could actually help.
I have a parcel coming Subiaco.....just wondering if they deliver over the Easter break.....and if they DO knock on the door, I'm home everyday......???
