Attempted delivery note placed on the door, I only knew they were there because my dog was barking. Ran to the door and they were driving away. Now I have to wait 2 more days for them to process the delivery so that I can drive an hour either way to collect it myself.
I'd like to thank your company ,but especially the very polite and friendly delivery person who despite very adverse weather, eg heavy rain and cold, delivered my parcel today( Saturday) after lunch.I live outside the metro area on a large property and he was so kind and rung me to tell me the parcel is delivered and asked if he can leave it it the gate, as it might get wet in the rain. He was so considerate, and also send a photo of the drop place. I was impressed. Good service . Thanks, Ruth.
No attempt to ring doorbell or knock. Was at home when they arrived. Horrible offshore customer support tried to blame me for not giving specific instructions. I advised ringing a doorbell or knocking is not specific instructions it's basic common sense.
Just received a text message saying attempted delivery. Interesting seeing as Ive been up working at home since 2am and no one has attempted to deliver any parcel to my house. Now I have to drive out to the airport and collect it yet I have paid for delivery. What a joke this company is
Driver didn’t contact me. I was waiting my parcel. Also not easy to contact company. There was not pickup information on card that driver left at door.
