I haven't had a good experience yet. It is such a painful experience to get your delivery that I actively avoid businesses who use them.
I am a merchandiser. Their delivery are never on time and always have to make us re-visit the stores again . For goodness sack fix up your delivery. If there is flood or something think of other ways to delivery the products from the eastern states. Use your brains and logic
Do not recommend this business. So called attempted delivery while I was home. Driver wouldn’t stop despite me calling out to him. No attempt to deliver the parcel.
Ordered a pump and it was delivered to the wrong address 3km away. Completely damaged. Returned to place of purchase but Team Global Express lost in transit back. Lost almost $600 dollars.
delivery was not delivered or attempted, BUT the customer service when i called was amazing the guy did speak over me in frustration but immediately apologised and did what i believe to be the best of his ability to organise alternatives. i appreciate the grace and patience, it does go a long way.
