Would give zero if I could. The good guys use this company to deliver bulky items like fridges and they delivered a very expensive fridge for us yesterday and not only did they brake the fridge door, they also damaged the front of our house. They were absolutely useless and took no responsibility for any of the damages and took off super quickly. Very Unprofessional Delivery team. They don't have exact time when they can deliver items. They just keep changing delivery date 1day before. I have already waited for 8 days, and no idea when will i get my parcel. If there is option for -5 rating. They deserve this.
Last year I had a big bulky delivery due from TEAMGE, it sent notification to me that it was on board for delivery and then suddenly, about an hour later it said ‘advised not to delivery’ I spent a day at home waiting for this and then had to call and got tossed around by so many operators and them telling me they have left a note for someone to call me back. They left a “sorry we missed you” card included a trucking numbers. Went through the trucking process and it gave me an address to go to pick up which did but there was nothing to be collected. I try to call them many times but I was disconnected without talking to anyone and even when they answered they didn’t try to help so they transferred me to On the day they left the card I was home the entire day so didn’t bother knocking the door to give it to me
