Absolute liars! How businesses are still engaging with your “services” is beyond me. Waited home all day for delivery only to get a message that they attempted delivery and to wait next instructions. Reached out to the online team, spoke with Kynah: explained I was Home all day and Security cameras show no one came and that the driver needs to actually arrive at my address in order to attempt delivery. It’s a shame I can’t give this company a 0 star. I went out of my way to organise my WFH day. I didn’t receive my parcel between the estimated hours. I called and checked and the team advised in was on board for delivery giving me full confidence I was going to receive the parcel. The driver later sent a notification that an attempt was made.
