It’s a shame I can’t give this company a 0 star. I went out of my way to organise my WFH day. I didn’t receive my parcel between the estimated hours. I called and checked and the team advised in was on board for delivery giving me full confidence I was going to receive the parcel. The driver later sent a notification that an attempt was made. This has to be the worst courier I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unhelpful and unsupportive service from this company. I had a parcel that they didn’t even bother to contact me directly to arrange a new address and then when I contacted their customer service, I got an overseas team member who couldn’t understand much, let alone the local landscape.
