Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Nobody helps or cares and no answers are ever given
horrible delivery service, will just mark your delivery as "attempted delivery no one home" whenever they want just to be lazy, I hate waiting home for a delivery, keeping the dog inside all day with the gate open just for some idiot chasing a green card to refuse to do his job and deliver my parcel.
Port of Melbourne staff were helpful and friendly
Twice I was asked to be at home for delivery, stayed home and got notification that parcel cannot be delivered, because no one is at home. No calls or texts from drivers. Awful. Avoid using this service if you can.
