This has to be the worst courier I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unhelpful and unsupportive service from this company. I had a parcel that they didn’t even bother to contact me directly to arrange a new address and then when I contacted their customer service, I got an overseas team member who couldn’t understand much, let alone the local landscape. Good. They changed the photo to the right truck.
I bought a suit online from overseas and designated my AusPost parcel locker as the delivery address as I’ve done many times before, always secure and easy. Turns out TGE were the ones nominated to deliver my shipment. I got a notification yesterday saying they had ‘delivered’ my items but no info on getting it from the parcel locker. I had to go into AusPost and be told of course TGE don’t have access to AusPost lockers, but also it wasn’t left at AusPost.
