What a waste of a service. No time given for the delivery. No possibility of a pick up of the item the same day or even the next day. Numerous conversations through messages went nowhere. Requests not followed for re delivery. Several message chats were simply hung up on their end. Requests to speak to a manager just ignored. With such competence I'm surprised they are still in business.
Always an attempted delivery, Then phone call for re delivery then the wait again and every time. Tracking is useless. Swift and shift couriers, without the swift part. Oh and fancy that... my new package has been at goldcoast depot for 3 days and I live 30 mins away. Jokers!!!
EDIT & UPDATE 9TH JAN 2026 Ive changed my review to 5 ONLY BECAUSE OF ARI Ari got my package re delivered and has kept watch over everything to make sure it got to me Ari went above and beyond with following up and keeping me informed the entire time. THANKYOU ARI DONT GIVE 1 TIME THEN SHOW UP MIUCH EARLIER THAN STARTED AND PUT UNABLE TO DELIVER THEN APPARENTLY DRIVER CANT TURN CAR AROUND 45 MIN B4 DELIVERY WAS MEANT TO BE THERE WAS NOT EVEN A 5MIN DIFFERENCE FROM U DELIVERING AND ME BEING THERE TO ENSURE U HAD ACCESS 2-4PM... read more
