Absolutely no question the worst courier service ever. Ordered something from Temple and Webster. Was split into 2 parts - both arrived at the warehouse at the same time. One was delivered after several 'unsuccessful attempts'. The second is still missing in action weeks later. Good luck trying to speak with a human. Have wasted hours dealing with online chatbots. Seem to receive a weekly text saying 'delivery unsuccessful' despite being at home when they said they have tried to deliver?
Absolutely shocking service Delivery driver (If that's what you call them) made zero attempts to deliver my wife's item.Go around in circles with there useless customer service takes forever to reach a real person not a chatbot NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
My order package was not delivered to me but they mentioned delivered in wrong address!!!!!!! I was asking for refund but they rejected my request, for they claim they delivered it to me eventhough it never happened!! I cant even call them.
Appalling service. Poorly trained staff, useless chatbot, and outdated technology. I stayed home all day for a delivery that never showed up. Their tracking system didn’t work, the chatbot was a dead end, and the online chat response was to “wait 24–48 hours” for an update — completely unacceptable. Who has time to waste an entire day like this? I genuinely hope this company goes out of business and makes way for one that actually respects customers’ time and money.
Ridiculous system. Who is at home during work hours??? Then having to drive almost an hour to collect. NEVER AGAIN
