What a rubbish company! First, they delayed my delivery, then the next day it was out for delivery at 5am and still hadn’t arrived by 4pm! Absolutely ridiculous — downright pathetic. I even paid extra for it. Honestly, this is the kind of company that should shut down.
Can't contact anyone on the phone, tracking is unreliable and overpriced and I'm without an answer to where my medicinal is and no way of knowing when I have to be home to sign...no information to call the local hub if I can pick up.... horrible service
Alas I also give the worst possible review. Absolute unprofessional disgrace. Late, misplaced registered mail and no care in the world. Use startrack. Trust me in that if it's more expensive it's so worth it. Team GE are really that bad.

Genuinely don’t know why places like Kogan and JB HIFI still use this joke of a company to send parcels, take one look at their reviews and you’ll see a consistent pattern of terrible service, which is exactly what is to be expected
