Not surprising to see so many bad reviews. They say we missed a delivery, but we expect nothing, and they left nothing either + we are always home! If they had attempted something we would have known. After that you have 5 days to contact them between their very short office hours (not easy when you work full time), and they don't even answer the phone. Unprofessional
The worst logistic experience I have had in a long long time! Don't use this company!
I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive today. The sent me an sms that i will receive my parcel today. Cancelled my errands just so i wont miss them. But then no parcel arrived. I paid express fee for my parcel to arrive today. Why is JB Hifi using their service. Cant they see all the negative comments of the customers?! Do they own this company?! If so, they should fix this. Its frustrating!!
Hopeless. Not sure why Jb hifi uses this service. Delivered while nobody was home and instead of taking it to the nearest post office it was taken to the depot one hour drive away. Tried to call and all I got was a robot with no information. The live chat took forever. Disappointing, useless service.
If you need an item delivered promptly stay well clear of this unreliable company. It is near impossible to contact them for assistance, the live chat process is painful. Delivery ETAs are just a fantasy date designed to infuriate the customer.
