Horrible online user interface for organising redelivery. You're expected to create an account to simply redirect or pick up your items. An absolutely pathetic organisation that is more corporate focused than customer focused. Pick up in East Devonport was not as easy as simply picking up. I'll never buy online from a retailer that uses Toll aka, Team Global express, never.

Terrible tracking system for a large company with no updates like Road Runners, I waited at home all day because parcel had left Devonport depot at 7:12 am and arrived at 3:50pm to Port sorell which is only a 20 min drive.
After 2hrs and 14 minutes no one answered the phone
