Outstanding service from Team Car Rentals in Rapid City. We dealt with JT who picked us up at the airport, breezed through the paperwork and even gave us some tips on things to do while in the area. Highly recommend this team!
Early this summer, my truck broke down coming into Rapid City on a Friday evening. Not knowing how long we would need a rental, we booked for multiple days, only to find out that my truck would be repaired by the end of the next day. Team Car Rentals worked with us to not only get a vehicle that fit our family, but our timeline. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, we took almost all of their insights and suggests to have a great trip!!! Thank You!!!
Car rental reps were nice , very knowledgeable, courteous, gave recommendations, car was perfect size.
Excellent service. Excellent prices. Excellent staff. They even have a 10 foot Uhaul truck and a lot full of vehicles waiting to be driven away. They don't just mark it up just to mark down and call it a sale. They have bargain prices already marked in the windshield.
