A VERY disorganized office. It takes multiple follow-up and emails to get anything done with them. It took a week and multiple followups to receive a copy of our evaluation that was supposed to be ready within 48-72 hours. The evaluation had some information that was not related to my child. The website states that they accept all the insurances and the receptionist confirmed it. Two weeks later we find out that they accept only one insurance which is BCBS. Ilana and her team of therapists are absolutely amazing! They really get to know each child and custom design each session to help each child meet their goals. They are warm and care about each child as well as have constant communication with both parents and teachers to ensure success for their clients. I highly recommend using T.E.A.M 4 Kids for your child as well!
