Tienen un excelente servicio!!! Me encantó que reciben las cajas y de inmediato la procesan y reembalan. La comunicación con el cliente es efectiva. Puedo chequear el estado de mi caja por el enlace que proveen por el correo. Me encanta que cada mes tienen promociones, así puedo enviar lo que mi familia necesita sin pagar demás. Por último y no menos importante, los tiempos en tránsito son los mejores. Recomendados!!!
They’re terrible. It took me three days to schedule a pickup. They never responded to my texts, so I had to text someone else to get them to answer the phone. It was past 9 p.m., and my pickup service still hadn’t arrived. You guys truly suck.
