I purchased a teak mat for my camper through an accessory company but unfortunately the wrong one was shipped. They contacted Teak works and immediately contacted me, got the right one fedexed 2 day delivery, followed up via email, and apologized for everything. These guys know how to turn lemons into lemonade. A+ to this company. Oh did I mention the teak mat is stunning and is a perfect fit in our nuCamp trailer?! Awesome experience.

Customer service and craftsmanship are the hallmarks of this business. I ordered two customized pieces of bathroom furniture over the phone a month ago and received both of them yesterday. Customer service by Amber involved numerous phone calls and E-Mails to coordinate the exact design and dimensions of the furniture, and she stayed on top of the entire order from the beginning to the end.
