I cannot speak highly enough about the service I have received from this company. We bought the hot tub last year. No real problems but they have been really helpful whenever we have had an issue. I need to move the tub to undertake some work and they are due to pop over next week to facilitate that. Nothing more to be said!!
There were issues with the cart on their website and the order seemed not to go through. A few days later, the money has come out of my account but I received no order confirmation or anything (nothing in spam either). I have tried to contact this company multiple times via telephone, email and live chat and they are INCREDIBLY difficult to get hold of to speak to someone. No replies to emails. No call backs. Excellent service on each occasion. From the quality of items puchased to the attention and assistance from Karl and the wonderful, helpful delivery guys. All served to make shopping at Teako an absolute pleasure!
We bought a wardrobe dresser from this store, the owner failed to outline that there was a policy of no exchanges and no refunds, it said it nowhere in the store, nowhere online and when we confronted him he said " I am not required to tell you". In western business practice this should be compulsory and even more so when we bought from here, (during COVID - 19) where exchanges and returns may be hindered.
