Terry Troy was amazing to work with. This process was challenging but he walked us through each step. We are now enjoying our forever home.
I guess everyone’s experience is different . Terry gave out a a pre approved conventional loan although it turned out the pre approval wasn’t approved . Kept wanting more money down long story short wasn’t able to get the home and loss a 10k earnest money by the owners of desired home . Didn’t sue bc it would have cost the same amount I loss to fight! Very bad experience.
