We’ve been going to TTS for years and we couldn’t be happier. Karen Porter is exceedingly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their services.
I've been using TTS for well over 15 years & until now, have been happy. But this year they switched to some Intuit program. I submitted my information, but never received confirmation they'd received it. I called a week later & have not gotten any kind of response. Not the TTS I've relied on all these years. Very disappointed, & I guess I'll have to take my admittedly small business elsewhere.

Very easy to work with and very prompt with answering any questions that I have.
Have used this service for over 20+ years. However, this pass tax year I have a notice the office of being disorganized. I paid $20.00 to have my records mailed to me. They did mail the records along with my worksheets but they mailed it to the wrong address. I called and left a message but no one has returned my call. Very disappointed. I am now traveling to pick up my records on my own time....the time that I paid $20.
