I have been a member at Teachers Plus Credit Union for over 20 years and a Credit Union member for over 40. The service at Teachers Plus Credit Union is second to none and staff often go above and beyond to provide helpful financial advice and support.
Been a member here for 10+ years and have always found them super helpful/great customer service. As a teacher the benefits available for teachers are awesome and definitely make it worth being a member (especially when upgrading/doing masters programs!)
Horrible customer service, I just tried to use their ATM at Brookshire court and it took my card. Lady told me she couldn't return it since I wasn't a credit union member, brand new card and it was not flagged by my bank for any reason and should not have been taken by their ATM, must have been their machine. Would strongly advise against using their ATMs.
