I'm disabled, with mobility problems, and I was happy with the Weston branch. I always got a park and I didn't have to walk very far. Now, the office has moved to Belconnen, and it's a terrible place to get to, even though I live in Belconnen. I get so stressed when I have to go to their office because I never know if I can get a park close by. Whoever thought that where they are in Belconnen should hang their head in shame. Since moving from Weston Creek this office has been understaffed and wait times are poor.
Finally located the branch. Some additional signs would help. I was surprised to see how small it was, surely they could find an easier to locate office elsewhere. Anyhow ...Lady was very nice, helpful.
Difficult to find in Belconnen. My GPS and android could not assist me. Disappointed that the website did not provide a Belconnen branch phone number. If I could have spoken directly to the branch I would not have made a wasted trip. The service I sought was not available over the counter contrary to what I was told from the Sydney branch.
The bad service ever, when I tried to call the bank each time iam waiting more than 45 minutes and sometimes they close the line 😒😏
