After dealing with unreliable staff, The Manager was no better, lacks communication skills, no people skills whatsoever and left us wondering if there was any intellect of any substance. We decided to go elsewhere, do yourself a favour and don’t bother to entertain yourself there. Manager needs disposed of.

They full on froze my account for no reason I have been on hold for ages this is the second time I've had to call them. So if your thinking about going to TM Bank DON'T cause they will screw you over BIG time
I'm disabled, with mobility problems, and I was happy with the Weston branch. I always got a park and I didn't have to walk very far. Now, the office has moved to Belconnen, and it's a terrible place to get to, even though I live in Belconnen. I get so stressed when I have to go to their office because I never know if I can get a park close by. Whoever thought that where they are in Belconnen should hang their head in shame.
