30 Sept 2026: Well, after being with this bank for about 30 years, I've decided that I'm going to move my account to a bank that is easy to get to and has PARKING!! Whoever decided to move the TCU to where it is now - hang your head in shame!!! The building doesn't have any Disability Parking, and actually NO parking!!! In all the years that my (late) husband and myself were very happy with the TCU. Now I'm on my own, TCU has made my life very difficult, and forced me to leave!!
After dealing with unreliable staff, The Manager was no better, lacks communication skills, no people skills whatsoever and left us wondering if there was any intellect of any substance. We decided to go elsewhere, do yourself a favour and don’t bother to entertain yourself there. Manager needs disposed of.
Friendly staff and relatively quiet. Could do with more parking options
They full on froze my account for no reason I have been on hold for ages this is the second time I've had to call them. So if your thinking about going to TM Bank DON'T cause they will screw you over BIG time
