Absolutely the worst bank ever. Worse service ive ever experienced. Switch to westpac.
I have been trying to get a $10 balance left of my account after closing for months now. I have called multiple times and submitted a form authorizing this. Complained and received no help, complaint reference 2389124. Close to having to lodge with AFCA as a last resort.
Related to phone call reference number 64445978, the operator was extremely kind and helpful with my banking enquiry whilst under duress from my hospital bed. If there's an award for excellent customer service this gentleman deserves one.
I was on hold for 1hr 51 minutes and gave up holding. Left number to call back. Still waiting. Lending specialist (Audrey) was awesome but being on hold for that long is a joke. Tried online chat but they couldn't help me. Told me to stay on hold. Really sucks. If it wasn't for the fact the loan side of things was good, I'd go elsewhere. Really need to improve on this. I gave up waiting on the phone after 35 minutes. Surely the bank is not so poorly resourced that it cannot afford more than 1 person answering telephone inquiries. Very disappointing, suggests that the bank is a high risk investment.
