I'm a lifelong member who's been quite happy with TMB's customer service.... until this week....when I found out just how frustrating interminable, intolerable call-waiting neglect can be! Wednesday: called to change my withdrawal limit... unsuccessful after being shunted department to department (each with MIMIMUM 20min elevator music/bank lectures telling customers to be respectful!!). AVOID at all costs if you are considering a mortgage from this lot. They act like any big four bank and dont care about customers. They are opaque, unorganised, and getting any information out of them is a nightmare. They will dump you with little support or knowledge of what their own team is doing right after they get your signature for the contract.
