I have been a customer of TFCU with no problems, until I went to the East Northport branch, I went in to deposit a check in my savings account, the teller said he had to get the approval from his supervisor, ok the manger walked up to me in the lobby asked me for documentation and and why I received this check, I showed her the paystub, and I said I don't feel like it is your business, this was an insurance check not a had written or personal, she than had me wait for 20 min while she did paperwork, thrust me this check did ... read more
I’ve been a member for 10 years now and the manager here would not accept my secondary state issued ID for a withdrawal when any other branch has. Highly recommend not coming here if you are in a rush or like proper service.
No tellers in TFCU and they went all video termi al! 6 Video terminals , one open other 5 closed.Other employees at desks on phones.Line of 15 people for 1 terminal.Closing my account
