The guy at the drive thru was not very nice plus he whispered. I was the only one online but it took forever to pay a bill.
*This is a revised review. I'm looking to leave TFCU. The banking side is fine, but their peripheral services are bad, sloppy, and indifferent. See the response from TFCU below? I wrote them twice and they ignored me. My latest beef with them is with their online bill pay. I have now received three late-pay fees and three shut-off warnings for my utilities because TFCU's "electronic" bill pay isn't electronic. They issue paper checks, and send them late. I have been a customer of TFCU with no problems, until I went to the East Northport branch, I went in to deposit a check in my savings account, the teller said he had to get the approval from his supervisor, ok the manger walked up to me in the lobby asked me for documentation and and why I received this check, I showed her the paystub, and I said I don't feel like it is your business, this was an insurance check not a had written or personal, she than had me wait for 20 min while she did paperwork, thrust me this check did ... read more
I’ve been a member for 10 years now and the manager here would not accept my secondary state issued ID for a withdrawal when any other branch has. Highly recommend not coming here if you are in a rush or like proper service.
