WORST COMPANY FOR A CAR LOANN YESSS THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE CALLS NO LETTERS ABOUT REPOSSESSING MY CAR THEY HAVE MY CAR ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND MY BANK KEEPS CALLING ME FOR A PAYMENT I NEED MY CAR BACKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!
If I could leave no stars I would. Teachers federal credit union is the absolute WORST. Customer service is horrible, every different rep we speak to gives different information than the last. Thoroughly regret getting a car loan through them. I’ve never in my life experienced this level of unprofessionalism and negligence.
Worst company for a car loan ever. No calls, no letters and they repossessed my car! I was in-between jobs and unable to make a payment so they took my car. That's AFTER they added on their own insurance to my payments when I already had full coverage and demanded that I pay an extra $100/month on my car. And since I was still paying the original agreed amount, they claimed I wasn't making any payments at all. Horrible company. Would never recommend. Give me back my car!
Great banking here. Would recommend. The app is good, too. Great customer service.
they play dirty at the end of the day, DO NOT GO THERE OR TAKE LOANS WITH THEM!! DO IT FOR YOU OWN GOOD LIKE PLEASE GUYS 😉
