My wife and I decided to take a half day off so we can open up our business account at this credit union. After speaking with the representative online, the understanding was that we only needed one dollar to open up the account $100 to keep it maintained without getting any monthly charges. When we moved from Long Island to the Tampa area, we were glad that our credit union, Teacher’s Federal Credit Union known as TFCU, from Long Island had a branch in Tampa. I’ve found that credit unions generally have lower fees and more personal service. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, but Gaylars Dilodilo has that and more. I highly recommend TFCU and specifically Gaylars if you’re looking to work with a credit union. My wife and I have found her to be a delight to work with.
I have been a member of TFCU and visited this branch more out of necessity as I was unable to open a CD online and my identity needed to be verified. I am so glad I did as I was greeted by Elanny Breton who could not be nicer. She is warm, friendly and very courteous. She has helped me with opening my CD and her professionalism is something I will always remember. I wish every bank has someone like her to help the clients.
