I became a member of Teachers FCU back in 2022. The banker who helped me with account opening was Ms. Gayle Dilodilo. Since that day, whenever I have any request or question, I just contact Ms. Gayle by visiting Tampa branch or by the phone, and everything gets resolved in the best way. After speaking with the representative online, the understanding was that we only needed one dollar to open up the account $100 to keep it maintained without getting any monthly charges.
