Best customer service I've experienced at a TFCU branch. The assistant manager at this location was very accommodating and helpful with records that I needed quickly. This branch should be an example for all the others.
Got our mortgage through tfcu Kayla Gabriellini was our mortgage lender and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was always there to answer every single question we had and was always happy to do so! The home buying process is so difficult and confusing and Kayla was constantly making it simple and easy. Teachers is the worst. They gave me the wrong information and then won’t reverse it and it cost me a lot and over drafted me other bills because I paid extra money as instructed I got the run around as different people told me different information and in the end would not help me. I will never use them again or recommend them!
Been a member since birth. That ends today Don’t open account an here. Rude employees. Debit card limit is only 2k. Called 24hrs in advance to approve a payment for my upcoming surgery and increase spending limit Couldn’t get surgery because they failed to update my debit limit. Lazy employees who don’t do their job. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real bank. You will regret being a member here Negative 5 stars
