Iris and the entire staff were so extremely helpful to my family! Especially my 9 month old son who opened up his first bank account! It can be challenging, bringing an active baby places, but they totally were completely accommodating! And kept my son entertained and busy during his entire appointment at the bank! He was greeted with lots of smiles and attention, little toys and a brand new piggy bank!! The bank staff truly was outstanding and we cannot wait to go back and see them for our next deposit!
Yo estuve en selden y tuve una experiencia horrible cuánta gente rasista y mala educada no tiene trato humano. A diferencia que estuve en port Jefferson y gracias a Dios me encontré con un representante de nombre Juan Andrés Solís me orientó me ayudó y estuvo con trato humano espero que tomen en cuenta lo mal que me sentí a ir a un lugar tan rasista y no te ayudan en nada solo por que no hablan el idioma es deprimente pero a la vez feliz por conseguir en port jefferson una persona tan profesional
I came in on Wednesday for help about getting my money back that was taking from me I met with Brian I was giving a debit card but I got a call back today from him and I was told the debit card was for accidently for old account so I had him close my old account and getting a new card in the mail for my new card
After they placed my January payment for my auto loan to an old closed account I got a call on Feb 26th saying I was 45 days late!!! I said there is no way I made a payment on Jan 30th so after Diana did some investigating she found out they placed the payment to an old closed account and assured me it was taken care of! Iris Jimenez from the port Jefferson Station location of teachers Federal is absolutely outstanding! she is one of the financial services representatives if you need any help, I highly recommend going to her and asking for her!She was so honest and so educated and so personable she helped me along with my mother and siblings.Very kind and even stayed over her hours to help us with what we needed and gave us all the best options that we did not know about she truly wants to help you! If I can rate her 100000 stars I would!
