Not a great place to baby don’t care about your well being
An excellent bank. I moved to Ohio, and I have continued to use this bank; the service and attention are excellent. I’ve been with them for 10 years, and Juan Andres Solis always makes the time and has the patience to assist me, even on Saturdays. One timeI had a bad experience calling customer service, so I ended up calling him to get the problem with my bank card resolved. Thank you, Juan Andres, for all your attention for me and my family.
The employee standing with the laptop was rude and condescending. All other staff members were neat and wearing professional attire. However, this gentleman wore a soccer jersey. Be and dress professional. Thank you
