Waited 50 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. Where did the inside tellers go? Not good business practice.
Place is a joke. Lady took my name down for member services I just needed a debit card replacement which takes 5 minutes. They didnt tell me how many people were ahead of me nor how many people had appointments ahead of me. After 30 minutes waiting and people getting called that came in after me, I crashed out. Horrible customer service. No common sense or couth. Bring on the Ai to replace these slugs.
What a wonderful banking experience! My mom and I were there and dealt with Ms Iris Jimenez, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This branch is right around the block from my mom’s house which is very convenient for her. Ms Jimenez, went above and beyond her duties and was extremely professional and courteous but made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Terrible service. Worst part is that the manager, Raza, could not care less about customer service. We’ve been banking here for decades and the service keeps getting worse and worse.
