Bad service. You come in and u have to ask if someone can help you. Which is overwhelming. It feels like they ignored you when u looking for help. No more
The manager at this branch is lazy and incompetent. She should have put in a case number and took care of the problem for us Monday instead of telling us to call the loan department and deal with it ourselves, this was a bank error and totally not our fault. This is bad customer service. A different branch offered us the correct solution and we didn't even have to ask them to do this for us . I will never use this location where that manager works again.
